New Year's 2025 Positive: Accessibility to the house and to town was good. Providing it was New Year's, the wineries and breweries would have been nice to visit. The hot tub was enjoyable, especially while it was flurring snow. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. And the kitchen was pleasantly stocked. I had even brought my crock pot and an extra coffee pot. The extra toilet paper, trash bags, and soap was a bonus. I did strip the beds, washed, dried, and folded without needing to. The outdoor furniture and fire pit was nice too. All good, I'd stay again. Negative: Heat was not efficient,it was freezing downstairs and burning up upstairs. The wifi was spotty and usually unavailable. The upstairs bathroom is leaking behind the wall of the shower head (evidenced by the peeling paint). Unable to get the only TV to work. You should have the two living rooms reversed (couch, TV) and have a TV in master bedroom on the first floor and in the downstairs bedroom. The fireplace wasn't working, nor did it have a gas source..

We had a wonderful stay here. So quiet & peaceful. A perfect place for some R&R!

Bobcat 22 was great! A home was very spacious beautifully decorated and maintained and then of course there is the hot tub. I look forward to making many more trips and many more stays at Bobcat 22 absolutely perfect
